10.12.5.1 Itella SmartPOST and Prinetti
Prinetti has a service called SmartPOST (see the image below). To use it
with Prinetti, you have to use service code (i.e. delivery method)
'SmartPOST'. This is easiest to accomplish by creating a new Prinetti template
for it, and in the 'parcel/letter delivery' tab select the service code
'SmartPOST'. More details about SmartPOST is available at

After parcel/letter
delivery settings you need to map the correct questions into template's
receiver settings, see the image below. In the example picture mapping is the
same mapping that is used in pick-up point service configuration. These
questions might vary depending on the questions you use for pick-up point
service information.

Additional services needs
two things added.
- From the pull-down menus choose options 'Electrical notice of
arrival'
- in an Order variable field enter the $order_answer_user_question_#"
variable for the question you have created for the routing service code
obtained from Itella. This has to be a variable, because the code may vary
between pick-up points.
The question to which the variable '$order_answer_user_question_1019$'
in the picture refers might not be available automatically but needs to be
added and configured separately.
